Bradley Stancil

CEO/Founder

Bradley is a third-generation contractor and has been around the construction industry his entire life. After graduating from Campbell University with his Bachelor Degree of Business in 2001, he began following in his father and grandfather’s footsteps to become one of the area’s premier contractors. Bradley has shaped his company to be a sought-after company and partners with National/Regional/Local clients on subdivision consultation and development, design/build commercial construction, custom homes, heavy equipment hauling, and is licensed utility contractor. 

Bo Bridgers

VP Operations

Bo was brought on board in 2017 to oversee commercial and grading operations. Bo graduated from Mount Olive College in 2002 with a Bachelor’s degree in business administration. Bo is a second-generation builder also growing up in construction his entire life. He has been in commercial construction since 2002 overseeing fit ups/interior completions, restaurants, ground up construction complete with site work and road widenings, commercial renovation/remodels, and multi-story buildings. Bo is well versed on various types of commercial construction.

Kirk Revels

VP Grading/Utilities Division

A third-generation earthmover, Kirk spent his childhood summers clearing land in Hoffman forest. He grew up operating bulldozers and excavators on many different projects in eastern North Carolina such as the Highway 64 bypass in Robersonville, and the 540-outer loop in Raleigh. He later expanded his work experience in site work around the triangle installing storm drain, sanitary sewer, and domestic water. Kirk attended wake tech community college and received an associate’s degree in civil engineering. He is well versed in the field of estimating using advanced computer software to better assess project costs. He joined the Bradley Built Inc. team in June of 2016 to oversee and facilitate Bradley Built’s grading and utility division.

Brenda Goldston

Accounting / Records

Brenda has an extensive accounting background with 30 years experience. She keeps all of our records in check and makes sure our budgets are maintained. Brenda has scaled back to several days a week as she is semi-retired.

Wendy Dorman

Coordinator

Wendy is our Coordinator, she has been with Bradley Built for 5 years. She has 10 years experience in Real Estate and 5 in residential permitting in Wake, Harnett, Johnston & Coastal Counties.

Tim Strickland

Accounting

Tim has been with Bradley Built for 2 years, he has over 25 years’ experience in accounting.

Gayle Williams

Accounts Payable

Gayle has worked with Bradley Built for 1 year in Accounts Payable. She has over 15 years of experience in Accounting.
